سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

نحرص على رضاك التام عن خدمة «متجري ٣٦٠». توضّح هذه السياسة شروط استرداد قيمة الاشتراك وإلغائه.

1. طبيعة الخدمة

«متجري ٣٦٠» خدمة رقمية بنظام الاشتراك، تُفعّل فور إتمام الدفع.

2. فترة استرداد مبدئية (7 أيام)

يحق لك طلب استرداد كامل خلال سبعة (7) أيام من أول اشتراك مدفوع، شريطة عدم الاستخدام الفعلي الجوهري للخدمة (مثل نشر المتجر أو استقبال طلبات). بعد هذه المدة أو في حال الاستخدام الفعلي، يُعدّ مبلغ الدورة الجارية غير قابل للاسترداد.

3. الإلغاء

  • يمكنك إلغاء التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم.
  • يظل اشتراكك فعّالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا يتجدّد بعدها.
  • لا يترتّب على الإلغاء استرداد جزئي عن الفترة الجارية بعد انقضاء فترة الاسترداد المبدئية.

4. طلب الاسترداد

لطلب الاسترداد، راسلنا على support@matjari360.com من البريد المسجّل، مع ذكر سبب الطلب.

5. معالجة الاسترداد

تُعالَج المبالغ المستحقّة عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب البنك أو مزوّد البطاقة.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you fully satisfied with Matjari 360. This policy explains subscription refunds and cancellation.

1. Nature of the Service

Matjari 360 is a digital subscription service, activated once payment is completed.

2. Initial Refund Window (7 days)

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first paid subscription, provided there has been no material actual use (e.g. publishing the store or receiving orders). After this period, or upon actual use, the current cycle’s amount is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard.
  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then does not renew.
  • No partial refund is due for the current period after the initial refund window.

4. Requesting a Refund

Email support@matjari360.com from your registered email with the reason.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
