تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك منصّة «متجري ٣٦٠» (matjari360.com) المملوكة والمشغّلة في دولة الكويت. باستخدامك المنصّة أو الاشتراك في أيٍّ من باقاتها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط بالكامل.

1. وصف الخدمة

«متجري ٣٦٠» منصّة برمجية تتيح لأصحاب المتاجر إنشاء واجهة تسوّق افتراضية بتقنية العرض ثلاثي الأبعاد و360°، وعرض منتجاتهم، واستقبال الطلبات من عملائهم. الخدمة رقمية تُقدَّم عبر اشتراك.

2. الحساب والتسجيل

• يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدّثة عند التسجيل، وتأكيد البريد الإلكتروني.
• أنت مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
• يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.

3. الاشتراكات والأسعار

• جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي (د.ك) وتشمل ما ينطبق من رسوم.
• الحد الأدنى لمدة الاشتراك ثلاثة (3) أشهر، وتتوفّر دورة سنوية بسعر مخفّض.
• الاشتراك مدفوع مقدّمًا، ويُفعّل المتجر بعد إتمام الدفع.
• يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا في نهاية كل دورة ما لم تقم بإلغائه قبل تاريخ التجديد.

4. الدفع

تتم المدفوعات عبر بوابة دفع معتمدة (تشمل كي-نت والبطاقات الائتمانية). لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك؛ تُعالَج بياناتك لدى مزوّد الدفع وفق معايير الأمان المعتمدة.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

• يُمنع استخدام المنصّة في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو لعرض منتجات محظورة.
• يُمنع محاولة اختراق المنصّة أو الإضرار بها أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.

6. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترفعه (صور، منتجات، أوصاف)، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لعرضه ضمن متجرك. تبقى حقوق المنصّة وبرمجياتها وعلاماتها مملوكة لـ«متجري ٣٦٠».

7. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو فقد بيانات أو أرباح ناتجة عن استخدام المنصّة، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

8. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

9. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

These Terms govern your use of the “Matjari 360” platform (matjari360.com), owned and operated in the State of Kuwait. By using the platform or subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Service

Matjari 360 is a software platform that lets shop owners create a virtual 3D/360° storefront, showcase products, and receive orders. The service is digital and provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account

• Provide accurate, up-to-date details and verify your email.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

• All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
• Minimum subscription term is three (3) months; a discounted annual cycle is available.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance; the store is activated after payment.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through a certified payment gateway (including KNET and credit cards). We do not store your card data; it is handled by the payment provider under accepted security standards.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use or prohibited products.
• No attempts to hack or harm the platform or other users.

6. Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to display it within your store. Platform software and trademarks remain owned by Matjari 360.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with the date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
